I had a pleasant stay overall. The room could use some renovation but was small yet served its purpose. The staff were nice and kind, offering helpful advice and amenities. The location was fantastic, right across the street from Osaka Castle. The dining was okay, especially if you enjoy Japanese breakfast options. The facilities were quite satisfactory.
